If there is no provision to hold the local gove ment election, the salary of the members representing the parliament should be suspended for two months and the money should be used for the election, Mr. Radha Krishnan says.

He mentions that the gove ment is trying not to hold the election by delaying the allocation of funds to the Election Commission for holding the local gove ment election.
