Father Victor Ntambwe has made a special statement addressing the congregation of St Charles Lwanga Church in Kinshasa, the capital of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).

With the presidential election months away, he had an earthly message to deliver with the psalm and sermon.

He told the worshipers to follow his lead, hold up their cards and show that they were registered.
