Bus Transporting Ballot Boxes Involved in Accident

A bus transporting ballot boxes from Galle Southland Girls' College to polling stations was involved in an accident this mo ing (13) in the Wellamada area of Boossa.

The accident is reported to have occurred when the bus collided with a car traveling on the road.

Authorities have swiftly arranged for another vehicle to ensure the ballot boxes reach the polling stations.
