The Court of Appeal has today (05) ordered that the petitions filed against the appointment of an interim control committee for the Sri Lanka Cricket Association be called on December 13th.

This is due to the fact that when this petition was called today, the lawyer who represented the new Sports Minister, Harin Fe ando, stated before the court that he needed time to inform his client's position regarding the relevant gazette announcement.

Accordingly, the case has been adjou ed until December 13 and it is stated that the sports minister has informed the court that no further action will be taken in relation to the gazette announcement issued by the former sports minister until that date.
