Foreign media reported that the New York Manhattan Federal Court jury has ruled that the song Thinking Out Loud is not a copy of the song Let's Get It On.

Speaking after the verdict, Ed Sheeran said, 'I'm just a guy with a guitar who loves to write music for people to enjoy.'

But speaking out, his co-writer Amy Wadge said she and Ed Sheeran were in tears after winning the $100 million lawsuit.
