Unicef says that the Rafah area of Gaza is one of the most densely populated places in the world.

They point out that the area is full of children and families, many of whom are already displaced by the war and living miserable lives.

It is also said that 600,000 of the 1.3 million people displaced by the war are children.

UNICEF further states that there is no place for them to go safely, and children should be protected anyway.
