Polonnaruwa Manampitiya Sinhala Maha Vidyalaya Special Examination Center has been set up for high level examination candidates residing in Polonnaruwa, Welikanda, Aralagangwila and Dimbulagala education divisions.

Accordingly, the examination candidates of the respective educational divisions can appear for the examination at the special examination center established in this college.

Deputy Examination Commissioner Lasika Samarakoon said that 319 coordination centers have been established for the high level examination and due to the emergency situation, Passara Lunumala Madhya Maha Vidyalaya and Kekirawa Galkiriagama Maha Vidyalaya have been established as two new coordination centers and accordingly 321 coordination centers have been established.

This year, 346,976 candidates have applied for the A/L examination, of which 281,445 are school applicants and 65,531 are private applicants.

From today (04) to 31st of this month, 2,298 centers have been established for this examination for 64 subjects and 32 regional collection centers have been established.
