The Cabinet has approved the presentation of an interim budget to cover the period from January to April 2025.

According to Cabinet Media Spokesperson Minister Dr. Nalinda Jayatissa, the parliamentary debate on the interim budget is scheduled for December 5th and 6th, marking a key step in shaping fiscal policies for the upcoming year.
