The Ministry of Health wa s of a potential dengue outbreak due to heavy rains.

The Ministry has begun a fumigation process in specified areas at risk of dengue outbreaks.

Secretary to the Ministry of Health Dr. Palitha Mahipala said 25 medical teams have been deployed for medical care in flood-affected areas.
