An Air India flight from Mumbai to New York was diverted this mo ing (10) due to a bomb threat.

Indian media reported that the Boeing 777-300 ER aircraft, carrying 322 people, including 19 crew members, landed safely at the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Inte ational Airport (CSMIA), and security agencies immediately began checks.

A bomb threat note was found in a toilet on the plane, prompting the flight crew to take immediate action.
