The prices paid by the gove ment for a kilo of paddy through the Paddy Marketing Board have been announced today (05).

Agriculture Minister K.D. Lalkantha stated that the Paddy Marketing Board will purchase dry paddy and Nadu paddy at Rs. 120.

The minister further stated that a kilo of Samba paddy will be purchased at Rs. 125 and a kilo of Keeri Samba paddy at Rs. 132.
