Today (13) there will be rain or thundershowers in many parts of the island in the evening or at night.

Some places in Uva, Central and Easte Provinces received 75mm possible.

Coastal areas of Weste and Southe provinces will also experience light rain during the mo ing.

Foggy conditions may prevail in some places in Central, Sabaragamuwa and Uva provinces in the mo ing.

People are also requested to take necessary measures to reduce the dangers caused by temporary strong winds and lightning that may occur with thunderstorms.
