Foreign media reports that the spread of a dangerous virus called Nipah has started in the Indian state of Kerala.

It is reported that at least two deaths have occurred due to this.

Nipah virus is a zoonotic disease.

That is, it is primarily found in animals and then it is a virus that can spread between animals and humans.

In 1999, pigs and humans were reported to have been infected with this virus for the first time in Malaysia and Singapore.

Foreign media also reported that this virus spreads through bats.

Doctors say that symptoms appear within 14 days after the virus enters the body.

Common symptoms include fever, headache, cough, sore throat, difficulty breathing, and vomiting.
