The new Tri-Force Commanders met President Anura Kumara Dissanayake yesterday (06).

This was at the Presidential Secretariat.

It is reported that the new Army Commander, Lieutenant General Lasantha Rodrigo; the new Navy Commander, Vice Admiral Kanchana Banagoda; and the new Air Force Commander, Air Marshal Vasu Bandu Edirisinghe, have met the President in this manner.

After assuming office, the Tri-Force Commanders have traditionally met the president and have also presented him with mementos.
