President Anura Kumara Dissanayake stated that the time has come for public servants to abandon old habits and embrace new ones.

He was speaking at the World Environment Day celebrations held at Kegalle's Nidahas Mawatha today (05).

The president further emphasized that if things do not change, his gove ment is ready to change them.
