Two T 56 magazines and a parcel containing wire wrapped in a newspaper were found hidden on the ceiling of the Jaffna University Library.

The Kopai Police stated that when the employees came to inspect the ceiling, they saw the parcel and informed the police.

Based on the notification, a police team from the Kopai Police Station arrived at the scene and took the parcel containing bullets and wire into their custody.

The police stated that investigations have already been initiated to reveal who brought the magazine and the wire roll to this location.
