The Public Health Inspectors (PHI) Association says it will continue to inspect food services islandwide for the upcoming festive season.

Health Inspectors Association President Upul Rorohana advised consumers to be extremely cautious when purchasing food specially produced for the New Year festive season.

He stressed that low-quality or reused oil may be sold during these days and that food products such as spices may contain chemicals.
