The Department of Meteorology announces that there may be some rain in North, East and Uva provinces and Polonnaruwa district today (2).

In Central, Sabaragamuwa and Southe Provinces Rain or thundershowers may occur at few places around 4.00 pm.

However, the department further stated that foggy conditions are expected in the mo ing in some places in Central and Sabaragamuwa provinces, Galle and Matara districts.
