The Secretary General of the United Nations (UN) has wa ed that artificial intelligence (AI) is being used to spread misinformation and hatred.

In addition, it is said that he has supported a proposal to create a special tool to monitor AI.

António Guterres stated this at the launch ceremony of a new policy on false information held yesterday (12).

He also mentioned that while technological advancements bring good to the people, AI poses threats to democracy and human rights.
