For the first time in history, a woman has been appointed as the leader of the Australian Liberal Party.

Foreign media reported that the woman, Susan Leigh, became the leader of the Liberal Party after winning the election against Angus Taylor.

Susan Leigh has previously worked as a pilot and air traffic controller.
