The All Share Price Index (ASPI) of the Colombo Stock Exchange reached a historic high today (04), marking its highest value ever recorded.

At the close of trading, the ASPI increased by 171.69 points, reaching 13,511.73 points. This surpasses the previous highest value of 13,462.4 points, which was recorded on January 19, 2022.

Today's trading also saw a transaction tu over of Rs. 5.21 billion, reflecting significant market activity.
