Former Minister Harin Fernando appeared at the Badulla Magistrate's Court today (06).

This was for a case pending before the Badulla Magistrate's Court regarding an alleged violation of election laws during the last general election.

Badulla Magistrate Udith Gunathilaka, who summoned the case, has ordered that the case be recalled on May 5th.
