President Anura Kumara Dissanayake, who successfully concluded his visit to the United States to attend the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly, has left for Japan.

He is reported to have departed for Japan from the John F. Kennedy Inte ational Airport.

The President will be on an official visit to Japan from September 27th to 30th, at the invitation of the Japanese government, the Presidential Media Division further stated.
