Former Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr. Rohitha Bogollagama has been appointed as the High Commissioner in London.

It will be implemented from the first of August.

The new appointment was confirmed by the President's Office.

Earlier Mr. Rohitha Bogollagama was also the Gove or of Easte Province.
