An explosion has taken place in the Kekirawa government hostel this mo ing (19).

It is reported that a person who was there was seriously injured in the explosion and was admitted to the Dambulla Base Hospital.

Kekirawa Police stated that the explosion has caused severe damage to its roof and household appliances and the cause of the explosion has not yet been revealed.
