Schools located in the Divisional Secretariat Divisions of the Badulla District have been notified to take necessary steps to close and dismiss children and teachers by 11.00 am today (09).

It is reported that this step has been taken in accordance with the latest forecasts issued by the Meteorological Department and the latest special wa ing notice issued by the National Building Research Organization regarding landslides.
