Senior jou alist Iqbal Atas passed away today (13).

He was 81 years old at the time of his passing.

Iqbal Atas's body has been laid to rest at No. 11C/1, Siriwardena Road, Hill Street, Dehiwala, for last rites.

His funeral will be held this afte oon (13) at the Dehiwala Mosque.
