The historic Ruhunu Maha Kataragama Temple has been decided to be closed from 6.00 pm today (13).

It is reported that the temple will be closed for the rituals performed on the occasion of the Sinhala and Tamil New Year.

Accordingly, the temple will be reopened for puja services tomorrow (14) at 1.00 pm.
