In response to the ongoing rice crisis, 200,000 kilograms of rice will be made available to the public through Sathosa outlets starting today (04), announced Minister of Trade Wasantha Samarasinghe in Parliament.
The rice will be sold at a price of Rs. 220 per kilogram, aiming to provide an affordable solution to the market shortage.
