Foreign media reported that Kuwaiti authorities took steps to temporarily close Kuwaiti airspace after IRGC security forces said that an attack was launched targeting American air bases in Kuwait and Bahrain.

As a result, the country's Civil Aviation Authority announced that flights arriving in Kuwait had been redirected.

It is reported that Kuwaiti airspace, which was temporarily closed, has now been reopened as the situation has calmed down.
