A committee has been appointed to investigate the Presidential Commission report on the Easter Sunday terrorist attacks.

It is reported that Senior DIG Asanka Karawitawa will be the head of the committee.

The DIG in charge of the Criminal Investigation Department, the Director of the Criminal Investigation Department, and the Director of the Terrorism Investigation Division are the remaining members of the committee, the Police Media Spokesperson stated.
