The Department of Census and Statistics says that the Sri Lankan economy has recorded a growth rate of 5.4% in the third quarter of 2025.

This was while releasing the National Accounts Estimates for the third quarter of 2025.

Meanwhile, the Department of Census and Statistics stated that agricultural, industrial, and service activities have increased by 3.6%, 8.1%, and 3.5%, respectively.
