Foreign media reports that the next steps to be taken regarding the temporary ban imposed on the Sri Lankan cricket team will be decided on November 21 at the Inte ational Cricket Council's director's meeting.

The main meeting of the Inte ational Cricket Council is scheduled to be held in Ahmedabad from November 18 to 21 and the meeting of its board of directors is scheduled to be held on the 21st.

The Inte ational Cricket Council has said that it should be confirmed that the gove ment does not interfere in the functioning of Sri Lankan cricket and its gove ance.

The council has also stated that it will look into the matter in the future.
