Fast bowler Asitha Fe ando has been issued an official wa ing for violating the ICC Code of Conduct on the third day of the second Test match against Pakistan in Colombo.

He is said to have breached Level 1 of the ICC Code of Conduct which deals with 'use of language, actions or gestures likely to provoke an insulting or offensive response from a batsman during dismissal in an inte ational match'.

The incident happened when Fe ando broke a stubbo century stand between Abdullah Shafiq and Saud Shakeel on the third day of the match at the SSC Stadium.
 
ICC says Asitha Fe ando went to the batsman after his dismissal and celebrated his dismissal inappropriately.
 
Asitha Fe ando has accepted the offense and accordingly the ICC has also imposed one penalty mark on his disciplinary record.
