President Ranil Wickremesinghe has been invited to participate in the 28th Climate Change Conference of the United Nations.

It is said that the invitation has been made by the President of the United Arab Emirates, Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

The Presidential Media Division stated that the United Arab Emirates Ambassador to Sri Lanka handed over the relevant letter to the President yesterday.
 
The conference is scheduled to be held from November 30 to December 12 at Expo City, Dubai.
