The Rangiri Dambulu Inte ational Cricket Stadium will be renovated and inaugurated at 7.00 pm today (5) under the chairmanship of President Ranil Wickremesinghe.

The stadium includes a state-of-the-art LED lighting system, an inte ational level swimming pool, a water treatment unit and a new medical unit for the rehabilitation of sports injuries.

It is said that through these development activities, it will be possible to rapidly develop the cricket game of under-13, under-15, under-17, and under-19 women and men.

This will also improve the facilities required for the teams participating in all the matches such as District, Provincial and National Super League (NSL) held in the vicinity of the Dambulla Stadium.
