Ransilu Jayathilaka has managed to win 3rd place in the powerlifting pro deadlift event at the A old Sport Festival UK 2024, held under the leadership of Hollywood star A old Schwarzenegger. He faced this competition alone, without a coach or assistant. He made history as the first Sri Lankan to participate in this tou ament held in England.
