Russian Deputy Energy Minister Roman Marshavin has agreed to supply refined fuel to Sri Lanka, said Mayura Netthikumara, Managing Director of the Sri Lanka Petroleum Corporation.

Accordingly, refined petrol and diesel are scheduled to arrive in the country from Russia.

Russian Deputy Energy Minister Roman Marshavin and his delegation arrived on the island today (26).

This is for diplomatic discussions on petroleum and coal supplies.
