The Ministry of Education says that the new lea ing modules for Grade 6, which are to be implemented under the new education reforms, have been prepared.

Secretary to the Ministry of Education Nalaka Kaluwewa stated that the final review and re-examination of the new modules have already begun.

The secretary also stated that a series of special training programs to educate teachers will be initiated in the next few days.

It is also reported that the government has planned to implement the new education modules for Grade 6 students from next year.
