Mr. Janaka Bandara, the Sri Lankan Ambassador to Myanmar, says that Myanmar has agreed to immediately carry out an operation and free the 56 Sri Lankans who are being held against their will in a cyber slavery camp in Myanmar.

Also, the ambassador said that positive responses were received in the discussions held between the Sri Lankan and Myanmar Foreign Ministers and the BIMSTEC ambassadors and the Myanmar Deputy Foreign Minister.
