Foreign media reports that the United States, the United Kingdom and ten other states have wa ed the rebels in Yemen.

Groups mainly from Weste countries have issued a joint statement demanding an immediate end to the attacks.

Foreign media also say that the Iran-backed Houthi rebels have expressed their support for the war launched by Hamas against Israel in October.

And since November, the rebels have attacked commercial shipping in the Red Sea more than 20 times, using missiles, drones, speedboats and helicopters.

It is also stated that groups in 12 states namely Australia, Bahrain, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, United Kingdom and the United States have issued a formal wa ing to the Houthis.
