Cabinet Spokesperson Minister Dr. Nalinda Jayatissa stated that reports circulating on social media regarding a possible fuel shortage due to the Iran-Israel conflict should not be believed.

This was stated at the media briefing held today (17) to announce cabinet decisions.

The minister further stated that there are fuel stocks in the country for two and a half months and that more fuel stocks are scheduled to arrive in the country in the next few days.
