Hunger in Pakistan has increased

According to the latest report of the Global Hunger Index, hunger in Pakistan has increased to an alarming level, according to foreign media.

Foreign reports indicate that the continuous decline in the labor force of the country's people has pushed people towards starvation.

As a result, Pakistan has been included in the category of severely affected countries in the global hunger index, said the reports.

The reports show that a family in Pakistan has to spend about 50.8 percent of their monthly income on food due to the hyperinflation in the country.

Foreign reports also reveal that 36.9 percent of the country's people suffer from food insecurity.
