Minister of Housing, Construction and Water Supply Dr. Susil Ranasinghe says that 31,000 houses have been planned to be built under the housing program this year.

He said that the 2026 National Housing Program is scheduled to be launched tomorrow (25) under the theme 'A Beautiful Life in Your Own Place'.

The minister also stated that the housing construction program will be implemented in districts.
