Foreign Affairs Minister Vijitha Herath announced that President Anura Kumara Dissanayake will visit India in December for an official trip.

The announcement was made after Minister Herath took the oath of office.

During the visit, President Dissanayake is scheduled to meet with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to engage in bilateral discussions aimed at strengthening ties between the two nations.
