Former Public Security Minister Tiran Alles left the CID a few moments ago after giving a statement to the Criminal Investigation Department for nearly 6 hours.

It is reported that the former minister has been summoned to the Criminal Investigation Department to record a statement regarding the shooting incident that occurred near a hotel in Weligama, Matara, in 2023.
