In his retirement announcement, Jadeja expressed his gratitude to his teammates, coaches, and fans. 'Winning the T20 World Cup is a dream come true, and I feel this is the perfect moment to bid farewell to T20Is.

I want to thank everyone who has supported me throughout my jou ey. It's been an incredible ride, and I'm proud to have ended it on such a high note,' he stated.

Jadeja's decision to retire from T20Is comes as he seeks to focus on Test and ODI formats, where his experience and skill continue to be crucial for the Indian team. His departure opens the door for young talents to step up and carry forward the legacy he has built.
