The Railway Department says that several trains, including the night mail train that ran from Colombo Fort to Trincomalee and Batticaloa, which were suspended due to Cyclone Ditva, will resume operations from the 20th.

The department stated that the train that departs from Colombo Fort at 09.30 pm daily is scheduled to arrive at Trincomalee Railway Station at 05.19 am the next day.

Similarly, the train that departs from Trincomalee Railway Station at 07.30 pm daily is scheduled to arrive at Colombo Fort Railway Station at 04.32 am the next day.
