The Ministry of Industries and Entrepreneurship Development stated that table salt will be released to the market under a gove ment brand in the future.

Accordingly, the Elephant Pass Salt Factory is scheduled to release table salt to the market at a very concessional price under the 'King's Salt' brand, the ministry further stated.
