Twelve states in the United States have filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration in the US Court of International Trade in New York to stop Donald Trump's tariff policy.

They stated that the imposition of such taxes is illegal and has put the country's economy in a state of chaos.

Accordingly, the states of Oregon, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, and Vermont have been named as plaintiffs in the lawsuit.
